Chris Schaeffer was raised near Buffalo New York, graduated from Sweet Home High School and attended college at SUNY Fredonia; majoring in Business Administration and Finance. While attending SUNY Fredonia Chris met his wife Julie Heath Schaeffer; a native of Cassadaga, New York, after college settled down rural Chautauqua County in the Town Stockton.

Chris is dedicated to his family but has always been willing to serve the community from an early age. In high school he served on the Student council and as Master Councilor in the local Chapter of DeMolay. As an adult he served on the Stockton Planning board
several years and volunteered as a 4H leader for 10 years in Chautauqua County
attending New York State and County Fairs with his children.

He has worked many years as a retail manager for both local and national companies and also has run a successful computer and electronics recycling business. Chris Schaeffer is a family man, entrepreneur and dedicated to public service.
